Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tolaoptics.com and provide your order number.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once items are received, we will initiate a refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For international returns, please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred on returns are the responsibility of the customer. These charges cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please complete the return process. After we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation.
Once your return is processed, you will need to purchase your new item of choice.
Damages
Notify us immediately of any damaged items. Tola Optics is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipment.
